# Unmarried people cases

Case 1:

1. A man and a woman slept together without using a condom or any protection. Woman got pregnant

2. She informed the man, she is pregnant, and want to abort it

3. Man said, not problem.

4. Government said “No way”, you can’t, because ….

5. Man and woman are unhappy, and petition for abortion rights

Case 2:

1. A man and a woman slept together without using a condom or any protection. Woman got pregnant

2. She informed the man, she is pregnant, and want to abort it

3. Man said no way you are doing this

4. Government said “yes, lady, that’s a right. You can do it”

5. Man is unhappy, used religious groups and politicians to ban “abortion

6. Women are unhappy

Case 3:

1. A man and a woman slept together without using a condom or any protection. Woman got pregnant

2. She informed the man, she is pregnant, and want to keep it

3. Man said, now way, I’m not ready for this

4. Government said “yes, lady, that’s a right. You can do it”

5. Woman kept the pregnancy and man is required to pay child support

6. Man in unhappy, used religious groups and politicians to ask for right to compel women to abort in case of disagreement

7. Women are unhappy, and used religious groups and politicians to ban “abortion”

5. Man in unhappy and used religious groups and politicians to ban “abortion”

6. Women are unhappy for their body violation

Case 2

1. A man and a woman slept together and Woman got pregnant

2. She informed the man, she is pregnant, and want to keep it

3. Man said no, I don’t want that

4. Government said “yes, lady, that’s a right. You can can keep it”

5. Man in unhappy and used religious groups and politicians to compel women to do  “abortion” in case of disagreement

6. Women are unhappy

Case 3:

1. A man and a woman slept together and Woman got pregnant

2. She informed the man, she is pregnant, and want to abort it

3. Man said ok I agree

4. Government said “no, you can’t, it’s forbidden”

5. Man and woman are unhappy and used religious groups and politicians to authorize abortion

3. Responsibility

    1. If a child is born because abortion is forbidden, who is responsible for the child rearing? The government?

    2. If a man forced a woman to bear a child against her will, could she deny any responsibility in the child rearing?

    3. If a women forces a man to accept a pregnancy, could that man deny any responsibility in the child rearing?

4. Individual freedom and abortion

    1. Is a woman free to decide alone regarding an abortion?

    2. Is a man right to express his opposition to an abortion which concerns him?

    3. Is the government/society in a position to decide what a couple could do with a pregnancy?

    4. Where should be the limit of individual freedom and  social responsibility in the case of abortion?

    1. If a man doesn’t want pregnancy why didn’t he wear a condom, or got a vasectomy?

    2. If a woman doesn’t want pregnancy why didn’t she use a protection?
