Nigeria Fintech Week 2025: Expanding Horizons Beyond Tech, Forging a Digital Symphony

The Nigeria Fintech Week 2025, hosted by the Fintech Association of Nigeria (FintechNGR), is poised to be a landmark event in its eighth year. President Dr. Stanley Jacob, also CEO of Zest Payments Limited, announced the expansion of participation to encompass a broader range of players beyond the traditional tech sphere during a recent press conference. This strategic move aims to reflect the rapid evolution and growth of the fintech ecosystem, fostering collaboration and innovation across diverse sectors. The event, which began in 2017, is setting new standards for similar gatherings.

Orchestrating the Fintech Ecosystem Symphony: A Call for Diverse Participation

The theme for the 2025 edition, ‘The Fintech Ecosystem Symphony: Orchestrating Nigeria’s Digital Future’, underscores the need for all stakeholders to work in concert. Dr. Jacob emphasized that the association views every participant as an essential “instrument,” with their combined efforts creating a harmonious symphony. This approach aligns with FintechNGR’s “PAE agenda,” prioritizing participation to attract a wider spectrum of players into the ecosystem. This inclusive strategy is designed to drive comprehensive progress and ensure that Nigeria remains at the forefront of Africa’s fintech revolution.

The Nigeria Fintech Week 2025 promises to be an important platform for collaboration, learning, and showcasing the latest advancements in the fintech landscape, including innovative financial technology, banking, payment solutions, and a lot more.
