Qoray and TotalEnergies Partner to Power Nigeria’s EV Revolution with After-Sales Support

Qoray, a leading player in the electric vehicle (EV) market, is collaborating with TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc. to boost EV adoption across Nigeria. The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), designates TotalEnergies as the official after-sales support partner for Qoray’s 4-wheeler EVs, a significant move towards addressing a critical barrier to EV ownership in the country.

Enhancing EV Ownership Through Reliable After-Sales Care

This strategic alliance tackles the challenge of reliable after-sales service for EVs in Nigeria. Qoray EV owners can now access diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services at select TotalEnergies Quartz Auto service centers. This guarantees access to high-quality technical support, a crucial factor in fostering confidence and encouraging wider EV adoption in the Nigerian market. The MoU signing, which took place on July 10, 2025, included key figures from both companies, including Abdullahi Umar, General Manager, Retail and Cards; Weruche Nwagbara, General Manager, Commercial; Samir Mrad, Network Development and Optimization Manager; and Emmanuel Morand-Ferh, Executive Director (Secretary General) representing TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc.

By ensuring readily available and dependable after-sales support, Qoray and TotalEnergies are jointly paving the way for a smoother transition to electric mobility in Nigeria, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future for the nation.
