Streamlining Document Certification: A New Service from the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Algérie Poste
The Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, and Algérie Poste have partnered to launch an innovative new service designed to simplify the process of document certification. This initiative aims to make it easier for citizens to transfer and submit documents requiring certification by the Ministry.
Secure and Traceable Document Transfer
The framework agreement, signed in Algiers under the supervision of the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Sid Ali Zerrouki, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, establishes a secure and organized system for handling documents. Citizens can now deposit their documents at Algérie Poste offices, with guaranteed traceability at every stage of the process, from submission to final delivery. This innovative service leverages the existing infrastructure of Algérie Poste to offer a convenient and reliable solution for document certification, particularly beneficial for the Algerian diaspora and those needing to authenticate documents for international use.
This collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Algérie Poste represents a significant step towards improving public services and streamlining administrative procedures in Algeria. By providing a secure and traceable channel for document certification, the initiative reduces bureaucratic hurdles and empowers citizens with a more efficient and accessible service.
