The United Arab Emirates has pledged a significant investment in Africa’s technological advancement with the launch of a $1 billion Artificial Intelligence for Development initiative. The ambitious project will be spearheaded by the Abu Dhabi Exports Office (ADEX), which operates under the umbrella of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, in collaboration with the UAE Foreign Aid Agency.
