Driving the Expansion: BOSAG’s Strategic Blueprint for Outsourcing Excellence
Unveiled at the Accra Digital Centre, the BOSAG 5-Year Strategic Plan (2025–2030) provides a comprehensive roadmap for scaling Ghana’s domestic outsourcing ecosystem. This strategic blueprint focuses on three critical pillars: intensive workforce development, proactive investor engagement, and robust infrastructure enhancement. By strengthening these areas, the plan intends to not only expand the sector but also to align national policy with evolving global market trends in vital areas such as digital services, customer experience (CX), and IT outsourcing (ITO).
