A Strategic Partnership Forged at the Global Offshoring Summit

The pivotal agreement was officially signed during the prestigious Global Offshoring Summit 2025, held in Cairo from November 9th to 10th. This high-profile event convened international leaders, influential policymakers, and top industry experts to deliberate on the future of Egypt’s digital economy and its competitive position in the global outsourcing market. The MoU was formally executed by Ricardo Langwieder, CCI’s Head of Growth and Emerging Markets, and Ahmed Elzaher, CEO of ITIDA. Adding significant weight to the occasion, the signing was witnessed by His Excellency Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly and His Excellency Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, highlighting the government’s strong support for the sector.
