Onder’s Strategic Role at Fasset
Onder’s primary responsibilities at Fasset will encompass leading the company’s institutional, operational, compliance, and legal strategies. She will collaborate closely with the founders to guide Fasset’s strategic growth trajectory, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead market entry initiatives. A key focus will be preparing for the launch of Own, Fasset’s Ethereum Layer 2 network dedicated to real-world assets (RWAs). Onder joins Fasset from GCEX Dubai, a digital prime brokerage, where she served as Managing Director and played a pivotal role in securing Dubai’s first broker-dealer license under the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework. Her decade-plus experience in both traditional and digital finance provides her with a strong understanding of how to navigate regulatory complexities while fostering strategic business development.
