UAE-based Cercli, a workforce management platform, has secured a significant $12 million in Series A funding. The investment round was spearheaded by Picus Capital, based in Germany. This influx of capital will propel Cercli’s mission to transform how enterprises hire, manage, and compensate their global workforces using cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Founded in 2023 by Akeed Azmi and David Reche, Cercli aims to provide a unified, AI-driven system that serves as a central hub for all workforce-related activities. The Series A round witnessed participation from prominent investors including Knollwood Investment Advisory, Y Combinator, Afore Capital, and COTU Ventures. Individual investors from OpenFX, Buk, JetHR, Truelayer, and AI71 also contributed to the funding.
