Starting September 4th and running until December 3rd, 2025, this initiative aims to bring the globally popular mobile battle royale game directly to students across five leading Nigerian universities. The campaign will transform campuses into vibrant battlegrounds, fostering a sense of community and competition amongst student gamers.
Bringing the Battle Royale to Nigerian Campuses
The PUBG MOBILE Campus Ambassador Campaign will be hitting the University of Ibadan (UI), University of Benin (UNIBEN), University of Lagos (UNILAG), Lead City University, and the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT). The campaign will feature daily mini-tournaments, offering students the chance to showcase their skills, win prizes, and connect with other players. Each university will also host a major, one-day tournament as the culmination of the activation, uniting the campus community in a celebration of strategic gameplay and competitive spirit. The campaign began with an experiential activation at the University of Ibadan on September 9, 2025, officially shifting the digital battleground onto university grounds.
