PwC South Africa has announced Anastacia Tshesane as its incoming Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. This appointment marks a significant leadership transition for the professional services firm, positioning it for continued growth and strategic direction in the South African market.
Leadership Transition and Governance Strengthening

Her experience includes leading audits for major local and multinational corporations with global operations.
This leadership transition signals PwC’s commitment to strong governance and continued excellence in the South African market. Tshesane’s extensive experience and Du Preez’s proven leadership will be instrumental in guiding the firm forward, ensuring it remains a trusted advisor to its clients.
