DVLA Launches Ultra-Modern Centre in Dansoman via PPP

DVLA Opens State-of-the-Art Service Centre in Dansoman

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has launched a new, technologically advanced service centre in Dansoman. This opening signifies a substantial leap forward in the DVLA’s ongoing efforts to improve its services through strategic public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Dansoman DVLA Ultra Centre

The Dansoman DVLA Ultra Centre, which began operations on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, is a fully equipped, modern facility offering a comprehensive suite of DVLA services. These include vehicle registration, driver’s license acquisition, and driver testing. The centre aims to serve customers in Dansoman and neighbouring areas, alleviating pressure on other DVLA offices within the Greater Accra Region.

DVLA Chief Executive, Julius Neequaye Kotey, highlighted the project as a testament to the power of successful collaboration between the public and private sectors during the inauguration. He emphasized that the ultra centre represents a significant advancement for the DVLA in its commitment to providing efficient and accessible services to the public.
