Algeria Post Recruitment: 7,223 Candidates to Proceed to Interviews

Algeria Post, the national postal service of Algeria, has announced the successful completion of a digital recruitment exam. The examination, conducted on Thursday, was deemed exemplary by the company, who also promptly released the results. This represents a significant step forward in leveraging technology for large-scale recruitment within the African context.

Recruitment Process and Candidate Selection

A total of 130,000 candidates applied for 789 available positions. Following the digital examination, Algeria Post has selected between eight and ten candidates per position, resulting in 7,223 candidates advancing to the next stage: interviews. These interviews will be conducted by selection committees at the wilaya (province) level. The evaluation process for the digital exam focused on two key objective criteria: the speed of response and the accuracy of the answers. It’s noteworthy that some candidates, despite providing correct answers, were not selected due to their slower response times compared to successful applicants. This emphasis on efficiency highlights a modern approach to recruitment.

The use of a digital platform and a focus on both accuracy and speed underscores Algeria Post’s commitment to a fair and efficient recruitment process. The upcoming interviews represent the final stage of the selection procedure.
