This success, entirely realized through the company’s internal capabilities, was disclosed by Mohamed Arkab, the Minister of State for Hydrocarbons and Mines. The announcement came during a crucial hearing before the finance and budget committee of the National People’s Assembly (APN) in Algiers, where discussions centered on the draft 2026 finance law.
