FOPROLOS: QR Code Access to Available Housing for Employees
The Ministry of Equipment and Housing has launched a new initiative to simplify access to housing information for employees. A dedicated QR code is now available, allowing employees to instantly access an updated list of available housing units and serviced land plots offered for sale by the Fonds de promotion du logement pour les salariés (FOPROLOS) directly on their mobile phones. This move aims to enhance digital accessibility and bring public services closer to citizens.
Enhanced Transparency Through Digital Tools
By scanning the QR code or visiting the ministry’s website (www.mehat.gov.tn), users can now easily browse: approved real estate projects by the advisory committee on real estate development; sales prices and contact information for developers; and the precise location of available housing and building plots. The ministry emphasizes that the list is regularly updated to reflect ongoing sales and decisions made by the relevant committees. This digital tool promises greater transparency and efficiency in connecting employees with available housing opportunities.
