KPIT Technologies Expands Global Footprint with New Expertise Center in Sfax, Tunisia
KPIT Technologies, a global leader in embedded software solutions for the automotive industry, has officially launched its new software expertise center in Sfax, Tunisia. This strategic expansion already employs approximately 600 Tunisian engineers and executives, providing crucial support to KPIT’s development teams across its 30 other centers worldwide.
Strategic Location for European Collaboration
The decision to locate the center in Sfax was driven by the region’s high-caliber engineering talent and their multilingual proficiency in English, French, and Arabic. This linguistic advantage, coupled with its geographical proximity and the same time zone as Europe, positions KPIT to optimize deliverable management for its European clientele. The inauguration ceremony, held on Friday, May 23rd, was attended by key figures from the mobility sector, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and KPIT leadership. According to Anup Sable, CTO of KPIT Technologies, “Global mobility leaders are navigating transformations.”
