This funding round was spearheaded by Saviu Ventures, a venture capital fund specializing in investments within Francophone Africa. EMSY Capital and business angel Chazai Wamba also participated in this significant investment.
Expansion Plans and Future Goals
Founded in 2020 by Loïc Kapitho and Thomas Leluc, POZI specializes in providing telematics and fleet management solutions. The company leverages data analysis and artificial intelligence to offer real-time insights into vehicle performance, anticipate potential risks, and streamline logistics operations for its clients. With the newly acquired capital, POZI intends to broaden its operational scope beyond Gabon, with an initial expansion slated for Côte d’Ivoire in 2025. The company currently manages over 2,500 vehicles for both local and international businesses. The startup has ambitious expansion goals, aiming to connect 35,000 vehicles across ten African countries. This funding round strategically positions POZI for significant regional growth in the coming years.
