Tokinvest Secures $3.2 Million Pre-Seed Funding to Revolutionize RWA Tokenization

UAE-based Tokinvest, a pioneering marketplace focused on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs), has successfully closed a $3.2 million pre-seed funding round. This significant investment, fueled by venture capital firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals including Triliv Holdings and Exponential Science, signals strong confidence in Tokinvest’s vision and potential to disrupt traditional asset management.

Powering Growth and Regulatory Expansion

Founded in 2024 by Scott Thiel and Matthew Blom, Tokinvest aims to bridge the gap between traditional assets and the burgeoning digital asset space. Their platform facilitates the creation of virtual tokens representing rights to various assets, connecting real-world asset issuers with a global network of investors. Notably, Tokinvest has been granted the first full multi-asset issuance license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), positioning them as a leader in the regulated tokenization landscape. This new funding will be instrumental in accelerating platform development, expanding regulatory compliance efforts, and onboarding a wider range of asset classes onto the Tokinvest marketplace. This builds on their initial $500,000 pre-seed funding raised in July 2024.

With this substantial pre-seed funding, Tokinvest is well-positioned to drive innovation in the RWA tokenization space, potentially unlocking new investment opportunities and democratizing access to previously illiquid assets for a global audience.
