inDrive Set to Launch Super-App Targeting Frontier Markets
Ride-hailing and delivery platform inDrive is expanding its reach with the launch of a super-app, specifically designed for frontier markets. This ambitious project consolidates various essential services into a single, user-friendly platform, aiming to simplify daily life for consumers in these regions. The company is initiating the rollout with grocery delivery services in Kazakhstan, with plans to extend the app’s functionalities and geographical presence to include Egypt, Brazil, Colombia, Pakistan, Peru, and Mexico within the coming year.
# Leveraging Delivery Service Growth
The decision to create a super-app stems from the impressive growth of inDrive’s delivery service. The platform facilitated over 41 million delivery orders in 2024, and this momentum continued into the second quarter of 2025, with 14 million orders completed. This substantial increase in demand has prompted inDrive to prioritize grocery delivery as the initial offering within its super-app ecosystem. In Kazakhstan, customers can anticipate grocery deliveries within a swift 15-minute timeframe, with access to an extensive catalog of over 5,000 products.
inDrive’s move into the super-app space highlights the growing trend of companies seeking to offer comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of consumers in emerging markets. By integrating multiple services into a single platform, inDrive hopes to enhance user convenience, build stronger customer loyalty, and solidify its position within these dynamic markets.
