# Direct Payout Framework in Sight
A delegation from GCB Bank, headed by Chief of Staff Abraham Ferguson, recently engaged with Ghana’s Minister for Communication and Digital Technology, Samuel Nartey George, and TikTok’s West Africa representative, Tokumbo Ibrahim, to discuss the implementation of a comprehensive payout system. GCB Bank highlighted its existing infrastructure, emphasizing its capacity to facilitate direct payouts to creators via various methods, including card payments, mobile money transfers, and direct bank account deposits. Ferguson emphasized the bank’s robust connection with MasterCard and Visa, allowing for seamless payment processing. Minister George lauded the initiative, noting that it would bypass costly intermediaries, thereby ensuring greater financial returns for Ghanaian creators and boosting confidence in the country’s digital economy. TikTok’s Ibrahim indicated the proposal would boost creator earnings.
