Empowering North East Nigeria: Consultancy for Digital and Creative Hub Rehabilitation
The Federal Government of Nigeria is advancing its agenda to boost the nation’s digital and creative sectors through the landmark Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Programme. A key pillar of the iDICE initiative, under its Component 3, is the creation of an enabling environment for startups to thrive. To achieve this, the programme is seeking expert consultancy services for the design and supervision of rehabilitation work on regional digital and creative incubation hubs. This specific opportunity focuses on revitalising innovation centres of excellence located within universities and polytechnics across North East Nigeria.
