Flat6Labs Unveils F6 Group and F6 Ventures to Bolster MENA Startup Ecosystem

Flat6Labs, a leading startup accelerator platform in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has announced the launch of F6 Group, a consolidated entity encompassing venture capital and comprehensive entrepreneurial support, alongside F6 Ventures, a dedicated seed-stage investment firm. This strategic move aims to further empower early-stage startups and fuel innovation across the region.

F6 Ventures: A New Chapter for Seed-Stage Funding

The core of this transformation lies in F6 Ventures, the venture capital arm of F6 Group. Boasting over $90 million in assets under management across six funds, F6 Ventures brings a proven track record, with its Partners having already invested in over 300 companies. Co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, F6 Ventures will capitalize on the established regional presence and legacy of Flat6Labs in nurturing entrepreneurial talent. According to Dina el-Shenoufy, F6 Ventures represents “a new era” characterized by “focused capital and sharper execution” designed to support the region’s most ambitious founders, helping them scale from initial concept to significant impact.

With the establishment of F6 Group and F6 Ventures, Flat6Labs is poised to strengthen its commitment to the MENA startup ecosystem. By providing both early-stage funding and comprehensive support, the platform aims to accelerate the growth of innovative businesses and solidify its position as a key player in driving regional economic development through entrepreneurship.
