A key factor in this success is the implementation of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority Act, 2020 (Act 1051), which established the Air Navigation Services Agency. This legislation separates the regulatory and service provider functions of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, promoting transparency and enhancing safety standards in alignment with international best practices.
