The ideal candidate will possess a 1st Degree or HND in Marketing or Sales Communications and have at least three years of experience in digital marketing, events promotion, and brand activation. Key requirements for success in this position include: a strong understanding of content strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google; a proven record of creating and managing ROI-driven campaigns, both paid and organic; excellent communication skills and a good design sense (familiarity with tools like Canva is essential); the ability to coordinate on-ground event activations and catering setups; and, experience with CRM or client management (considered a plus).
