This deficiency often leaves international businesses operating at a disadvantage, unable to accurately gauge local preferences and trends. Rwazi directly addresses this challenge by pioneering what it terms ‘zero-party data’—information voluntarily shared by consumers regarding their consumption habits. This data is captured in real-time and fortified by advanced verification systems, ensuring its accuracy and reliability. Joseph Rutakangwa’s journey to establish Rwazi was born out of nearly a decade of frustration in his own search for precise consumer insight tools.
