How to win a war: Get rid of the weak in your rank

A well known way of winning a war is to first get rid of the weak members of the troop, or give them to the enemy just as canon folders.

Animals like the gnu do that. When they have to cross a river full of alligators or crocodiles, they push the old and weak of the troop first in to the river to occupy the crocodiles while the main of the troop is preserved to cross.

In their famous book ‘Good to great’, the management researcher Jim Collins said the secret of great companies is this: ‘First Who, Then What. – Get the right people on the bus and the wrong people off the bus. – Those who build great organizations make sure they have the right people on the bus and the right people in the key seats before they figure out where to drive the bus. They always think first about who and then about what. When facing chaos and uncertainty, and you cannot possibly predict what’s coming around the corner, your best “strategy” is to have a busload of people who can adapt to and perform brilliantly no matter what comes next. Great vision without great people is irrelevant.’

At Borodino, in 1812, the Russian commander Kutuzov had to fight the mightiest army in Europe: the Napoleon republican army. His chance was little. The best decision he ever took was not to call to the masses to join the army, but he insensitively got rid of thousands of recruits he judged unfit to fight and sent them home. The days of the battle, ip to 35 000 Napoleon soldiers were killed, wounding gravely the emperor army in an unprecedented way. Though the Russians lost a bit more men, Borodino battle is known in the annals of history as the ending signal of the fall of Napoleon.

Why am I writing this?

The Problem we have in Africa is that we keep the weak men and women among us when facing our enemies, in our organization and battles, instead of getting rid of them thoughtfully and insensitively.

Instead of giving the weak to the enemy as canon folders, they have become the best allies of our enemies and are used against the strong Africans.

Africa is the only continent where the weak, the low IQ, the uneducated rule, acting as junior partners to the international capitalists and imperialists, against their own continent.

The enemies of Africa had understood that very well. When they come here, they avoid the assertive and confident Africans, and seek the weak, give them power.

To conquer a race, feed the weak, starve the strong. It’s working very well for the colonisation of the Africans, to the point the smart Africans are marginals, and the stupid Africans hold power.

Are the gnu more intelligent than the Africans?

The takeaway from this is that Africa has no future of its own if we don’t get rid of the wrong people and put the right people into the bus.
