African Diaspora: We Need A critical Mass of Returnees

I met a wise man today who told me a lot of stories. He speaks slowly, and cares about a big garden. He has 3 dogs.

One of the stories he told was that we need a critical mass of good and competent people from the diaspora to return to Africa during a short time frame and work to seize power locally and change the social operating system.
