In a world full of cynics, mercenaries, and heartless traders, People with passion and loyalty are the only gems left in the human race. Everyone else carries a price tag, ready to serve anyone who would pay.

When building a team for change, the only ingredients you should care about are Passion and the ability to handle a lot of pressure and stress.

You can hire with confidence anyone with passion even if they are not very competent yet. Just check if the basics for the job are there.

The truth is that passion under pressure becomes intelligence.

In contrary, never hire people without passion even if they are the most competent for the job right away. Change requires believers, not mercenaries.

In summary, the best option is to go with passionate people, who love the pressure to perform, people who want to become a better person everyday.

Passion and ability to handle high pressure are the only two ingredients you need in your world class team. Anything, else would come with time, as time builds loyalty and favors the standing believers.
